Thank you for ordering from our little shop! Every piece is made by hand just for you, so here's what to expect.

How long it takes

• Making your order: most items take 3–5 business days. Photo ties take up to 5–7 business days. Send-your-own ties are usually made the same or next day after your tie reaches us. If anything will take longer, we'll let you know.
• Getting it to you: shipping usually takes around 4–7 days once it leaves us.

We start as soon as we have everything we need, including your photo. If you didn't use the upload tool on our website, just email your photo to contact@woodbeco.com with your name or order number.

In a hurry?

Add Rush Production to your cart with your item, and we'll move your order to the front of the line and ship it within 1–2 business days. (Rush speeds up the making, not the mail.)

Proofs

Want a peek before we make it? Just ask for a proof in your order note, and keep an eye on your email after ordering. If we don't hear back within 48 hours, we'll go ahead and ship so your gift isn't delayed.

Free shipping on US orders over $19.99! Other rates are shown at checkout.

International orders

We currently ship to the United States, Canada and Brazil. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or fees, and customs delays are out of our hands.

Ordered from our Etsy shop (WoodbeCoUtah)? Your order is made and shipped on the same timeline.
