Here at Woodbe Co. we know that ordering products online can be somewhat of a guessing game since you cannot physically touch, feel or try things on. As a result of this, we make every effort to be very “return-friendly." If you are needing to return an item, here are our policies effective January 10, 2020

Any items you purchased must be returned within 14 days of shipping. Shipping costs back to our store is the responsibility of the customer.

· Returned items must remain un-washed and unworn and not smell of smoke.

·Anything purchased with any form of personalization is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.
