You’ll be getting an email within 24 hours from us letting you know the address.
2: Send your tie to us! Use one you already have, or if ordering online you can ship it directly to us. Just make sure your name is somewhere. If you have no options to include it, put your name in the “mail to:” field.
3: one it arrives, we make it same day (or next.) and get it shipped back to you! (If for any reason there is a delay we will notify you.
4: Enjoy your perfect gift for Him!

Photos will be placed what looks best unless specified on the direction. We either do diamond crop, or square crop.
Tips to ensure the most beautiful tie:
- send us the highest quality photo
- keep faces away from edges if possible and have more space around the edges
- send us full frame photos. (not cropped) the more space we have to work with, the easier it is to do the diamond crop. We have the capability to blur, crop, or whatever is needed to make it look just right.
The better the image quality the better the quality of the finished piece. If your image is blurry or pixilated your tie will look the same.
We do our best to show the most accurate color, but due to the differences in screens and monitors, color may slightly Vary.
Please allow up to 5-7 days before shipping, (usually it’s WAAAAY quicker) we will be in contact if your order takes longer.
We may need to crop or color correct your photo to make sure it looks great when printing.
We always strive to do exceptional work on every tie and carefully care for personal items sent to us. If you provide us your own personal tie, we are not held responsible for any damages, defects, or imperfections that could occur during transportation, application, and returned delivery.
The process involves the use of a digital printer to produce images on paper with sublimation ink. Then combined with high temperatures making the image permanent.
Because of personalization, no returns will be accepted.
Once we have completed the printing, the photos will be deleted and removed. If you want to reorder additional products in the future, you will need to resend a new photo. No photos are saved or stored after completion.
Under these Terms and Conditions, you agree that you will NOT provide any artwork files consisting of the following material: offensive, indecent or improper material, any material that could give rise to any civil or criminal liability under applicable law; and any material that could infringe rights of privacy, publicity, copyrights or other intellectual property rights without the permission of the owner of these rights and the persons who are shown in the material if applicable. We will refuse an order, which in our opinion may be illegal in nature or an infringement on the rights of any third party. You accept full legal liability for the content of material processed and printed on your behalf and under your instructions. We reserve the right to refuse an order without disclosing a reason.
